Mission Description:

Context

As part of supporting a major player in the banking sector and its associated services, the mission focuses on projects related to payment methods, bank cards, and loyalty programs. The consultant acts as an interface between business, technical, and project teams, as well as on the maintenance and evolution of applications in production.

Mission

The Senior Business Analyst supports projects from scoping to production deployment and contributes to RUN activities. They gather and formalize needs, participate in defining functional solutions, and facilitate coordination between different teams and stakeholders.

Essential Skills / Qualities:

Analysis and formalization of business needs, Business Analysis / AMOA, Functional testing, acceptance testing and anomaly tracking, Payment methods and bank cards, Coordination between teams and stakeholders

• Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs
• Participate in defining functional solutions and write specifications
• Act as a liaison between business teams, developers, project teams, and stakeholders
• Participate in the entire project lifecycle, from scoping to production deployment
• Monitor subjects, workloads, deadlines, and any blocking points
• Prepare and manage functional testing campaigns; write test strategies, plans, and cases
• Participate in test execution, anomaly analysis, correction tracking, and evolution validation
• Analyze incidents, qualify requests, and coordinate their resolution within the scope of RUN activities
• Provide reporting and communication to various stakeholders
• Formalized business needs and functional specifications
• Functional test strategies, plans, and cases
• Tracking of anomalies and corrections
• Reporting for stakeholders
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in AMOA (IT Project Management Assistance)
• Experience on projects involving multiple teams and stakeholders
• Ability to intervene in project phases as well as in RUN activities
• Good command of acceptance testing, functional testing, and anomaly tracking
• Understanding of applications, flows, and interfaces
• Solid technical background
• Knowledge of bank cards, payment methods, and/or loyalty programs
• Analytical, synthesis, and communication skills
• Autonomy and ability to be quickly operational

Nice to have

Experience in a banking, financial, or payment methods environment (credit card, loyalty card, etc.); technical background acquired through initial development experience or in a technical environment
