Project overview
As part of a project to deploy and evolve the ServiceNow platform within a large international group, we are looking for a ServiceNow Business Analyst specialized in the HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules.
You will act as the interface between business teams (HR, general services, and users) and technical teams to support projects end-to-end, from needs analysis to production.

You will act as the interface between business teams (HR, general services, and users) and technical teams to support projects end-to-end, from needs analysis to production.

- Gather, analyze, and formalize business needs.
- Write functional specifications and user stories.
- Design and evolve ServiceNow HRSD and WSD solutions.
- Support technical teams in development.
- Organize and manage user acceptance testing (UAT) phases.
- Participate in deployments and production launches.
- Provide functional support and stabilize solutions.
- Identify and track risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Facilitate communication between different stakeholders.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the ServiceNow platform.
- ServiceNow platform.
