Context

For one of our major clients located in Ile-de-France, as part of a long-term mission allowing two days of remote work per week, we are looking for a Business Analyst Project Manager who has already worked in the audiovisual sector.

Missions

• Ensure operational coordination between the different project stakeholders
• Lead, support, and challenge the integrator's services
• Challenge stakeholders to ensure the consistency of choices and the consideration of needs
• Implement and monitor governance, committee structures, planning, and action plans
• Organize and coordinate project activities
• Lead workshops
• Gather needs and support users
• Organize and leverage feedback
• Ensure coordination between project participants
• Draft scoping, consultation, and monitoring documents
• Lead project meetings and committees
• Draft minutes and track actions
• Set up and maintain project, technical, and support documentation
• Monitor the schedule in coordination with stakeholders
• Coordinate and gather business needs
• Identify project risks and propose solutions
• Lead technical and functional testing
• Draft documents related to consultations, workshops, and change management
• Collect workflow requirements
• Promote information flow and quality of exchanges between stakeholders
• Ensure monitoring of activities within the scope of the service
• Work within a versatile and collaborative team
