Senior Business Analyst Securitization - M/F

Project overview

We are looking for a senior Business Analyst for a long-term assignment with our client in the banking/finance sector in the Paris region, as a permanent employee of Ingéniance. You will be involved in the redesign of an application dedicated to securitization. It is heavily impacted by regulatory changes, operational needs, and market movements. You will support the business functionally and manage daily progress.

Profile sought

You have a BAC+4/5 degree and at least 8 years of experience, including 6 to 10 years in Business Analysis or IT project management in a banking environment. You have mastered the writing of functional specifications, testing and acceptance, as well as project management (roadmap, reporting). Knowledge of securitization or market activities is a real asset. Professional English required. You are organized, comfortable both in writing and orally, possess strong analytical skills, and have excellent interpersonal skills with business teams.

• Analyze business needs and formalize associated requirements
• Write functional specifications and propose suitable, including innovative, solutions
• Contribute to functional testing and support business users in their acceptance testing
• Participate with the business in change management
• Build the roadmap, monitor the budget and progress
• Provide functional support and anomaly tracking
• Produce regular reporting on the status of work, risks, and potential delays
• Ensure the compliance of changes with group policies
