Senior Cloud Orchestration Engineer / Senior DevOps Engineer

Project overview

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Design, set up, and further develop the Cloud Orchestrator (HPE Morpheus Enterprise) and the associated IT infrastructure requirements
• Program and manage Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code for the automated deployment of Morpheus environments
• Solve technical problems related to Morpheus and its integrations with the IT infrastructure
• Implement security measures (Techspecs/CIS/STIG) and monitor best practices for cloud orchestration
• Execute and maintain test and acceptance management
• Maintain documentation such as the configuration file, management file, and security file
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the requested eCF profile or a comparable role
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a cloud environment
• Minimum 2 years of experience within enterprise organizations with more than 5,000 employees
• At least 3 years of work experience in Linux System Administration
• Strong knowledge of cloud management and network protocols/security principles
• Skill in writing Ansible playbooks
• Experience with scripting and automation, such as Gitlab, Python, Terraform, and REST API
• Experience with virtualization and orchestration, for example Nutanix or comparable platforms such as AWS/Azure
• Work experience at the Ministry of Defence is recommended
• Preferably experience with DevSecOps (DevOps)
