Senior Communications Advisor

Project overview

The assignment focuses on communication regarding the preparation for the implementation of parts of the National Coverage Network (LDN) within the frameworks of the Ministry of Health, Welfare and Sport (VWS).

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop a communication strategy for the preparation of the implementation
• Translate the strategy into a concrete communication approach
• Link communication activities to program milestones
• Coordinate alignment between VWS communication and implementation management
• Deliver communication products for the implementation
• Direct communication within an environment with multiple organizations and disciplines
• Completed education at a minimum bachelor's level
• Seven years or more of experience as a senior communications advisor
• Demonstrable experience in developing and operationalizing communication strategies in complex program, implementation, or change environments
• Demonstrable experience in translating complex content into understandable communication for diverse target groups
• Experience with communication direction in environments with shared responsibilities across multiple organizations
• Broad experience with communication in large-scale ICT programs
• Preferably experience with communication related to digital implementations, data exchange, and healthcare IT
• Project management skills such as planning, organization, and problem-solving ability
