Context
As part of a digital transformation program and the deployment of a national and international purchasing management solution, a Senior Consultant specializing in application flow supervision is sought, with solid expertise in Splunk.
You will work in a complex IT environment, characterized by numerous interfaces between ERP systems, purchasing platforms, and business applications.

You will join a large-scale international IT transformation program, within a rich technical environment, involving numerous application systems and significant challenges related to data reliability, quality, and traceability.
You will collaborate with Data, integration, application production, and business teams, in a context of progressive deployments and securing inter-application exchanges.
- Identify, map, and monitor incoming and outgoing flows between different applications.
- Supervise interfaces and data exchanges between Ivalua, SAP, Oracle, and satellite systems.
- Control the execution of processes, data volumes, statuses, rejections, and anomalies.
- Implement and improve monitoring systems, dashboards, and alerts in Splunk.
- Analyze technical incidents, identify the causes of malfunctions, and coordinate their resolution.
- Monitor the resumption of processes and the replayability mechanisms of flows.
- Verify the consistency and quality of data between source and target systems.
- Participate in integration tests, end-to-end tests, and migration operations.
- Secure cutover phases, production deployment, and hypercare.
- Coordinate Data, application, business, and integration teams.
- Formalize supervision, operation, and incident management procedures.
- Prepare the transfer of project activities to RUN teams.
