Senior Data Modeler

For our client, we are looking for an experienced Senior Data Modeler to support data modeling and analytics initiatives across a complex, multi-entity organization. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation by designing robust, standardized data models, analyzing source data, and establishing unified business definitions. Your work will directly enable reliable enterprise reporting and deliver a consistent, trusted view of data across the entire organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models for priority business domains.
• Design dimensional models, defining fact tables, dimensions, granularity, and historical change tracking (SCD).
• Perform source data profiling and analysis using SQL to identify data quality anomalies and modeling gaps.
• Create and maintain comprehensive source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and standardized business definitions.
• Collaborate closely with Data Architects, Data Engineers, Data Governance teams, and business stakeholders to validate data models against reporting requirements.

Requirements

Project Setup & Offer:

• Proven hands-on experience in Relational and Dimensional Data Modeling (Kimball / Inmon methodologies).
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data exploration, profiling, and query optimization.
• Practical experience with enterprise data modeling tools (e.g., erwin Data Modeler, ER/Studio, or similar).
• Solid understanding of Data Warehousing, Data Lakehouse architectures, and modern ETL / ELT patterns.
• Familiarity with BI and visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau) from a reporting and semantic model perspective.
• Strong communication skills in English (min. B2/C1) for international stakeholder collaboration.
• Rate: 170 – 210 PLN/h net + VAT (B2B)
• Location: Remote (with a mandatory 1-week on-site onboarding in Riyadh)
