A hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer who combines database and data platform expertise with CI/CD and Azure experience, and who can operate effectively in a large enterprise or banking environment.
*Client: Happiest Minds | Experience: 6-10 Years | Rate: £500 | Remote 3 months Contract*
- 6-10 years of experience in DevOps, database engineering, data platforms, or a closely related technical role.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and database deployment or administration.
- Practical experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services and deployment environments.
- Good understanding of ETL processes, data integration, and data platforms.
- Experience with deployment automation, Scripting, troubleshooting, and production support.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams in large enterprise environments.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in the banking, financial services, or other regulated industries.
- Experience supporting large-scale enterprise applications and complex data environments.
- Familiarity with infrastructure automation, monitoring tools, version control, and release management practices.
- Understanding of database security, access controls, audit requirements, and production change management.
