Seeking an experienced Senior HR Advisor for an interim position to manage employee lifecycle processes, advise management, and drive HR projects, including digitalization.
Project overview
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding the inflow, progression, and outflow of employees and personnel changes
- Identifying improvement opportunities, trends, and chances within HR processes and policy
- Contributing to the improvement and implementation of HR policy together with the HR policy officer
- Supporting and advising on recruitment and selection processes
- Initiating HR projects, including the digitalization of HR processes
- Advising and facilitating managers, including with absence management
- Monitoring overview, progress, and diligence in HR administrative processes
- HBO work and thinking level
- A completed HR education is preferred
- Experience as an HR advisor
- Experience in advising managers
- Affinity for HR systems and for monitoring HR processes and administration
