Senior HR Business Partner

Project overview

As a senior HR business partner, you will manage teams and strategic HR projects within Schiphol.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Navigating the stakeholder field of Schiphol and collaborating with internal and external HR colleagues to realize projects
• Collaborating with managers to promote team functioning and personal growth
• Analyzing complex HR issues and translating them into effective HR strategies
• Coaching and managing your own team of HR business partners and monitoring a uniform working method and advisory level
• Leading and guiding projects together with the HR Hub, the business, or your own HR team
• Acting as an extension of the Head(s) of and directing improvements within the business or HR organization
• Guiding organizational changes and advising on their personnel consequences
• WO work and thinking level with in-depth HR expertise
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in the field
• Experience as an all-round, business-facing HR business partner within complex (medium) large organizations
• Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations and the ability to assess risks and resolve or escalate cases in a timely manner
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English
• Strong persuasive power and the ability to anticipate future challenges and opportunities
• Environmental awareness and experience in guiding organizational changes
