Requirements

Please add the following:

• HBO or WO work and thinking level, preferably in business administration, IT, law, economics, procurement, or a comparable field.
• Minimum of 7 years of demonstrable experience with IT contract management and strategic supplier management in a complex organization.
• Demonstrable experience with large-scale software, cloud, platform, or managed service contracts and complex contract structures.
• Experience with contract negotiations, renewals, SLAs, KPIs, governance, supplier performance, and escalation management.
• Experience with license and contract models from large enterprise suppliers, such as Microsoft, Oracle, Workday, SAP, or similar parties, is a clear advantage.
• Knowledge of IT risks, information security, privacy, continuity, outsourcing risks, and relevant laws and regulations for financial services, including DORA.
• Experience with setting up or professionalizing contract and supplier management, including processes, tooling, dashboards, and reports.

For the optimization of contract and supplier management for our most important, group-wide, IT contracts, we are looking for a Senior IT Contract and Supplier Manager.

Department Description

There are 14 colleagues working in the Procurement department - 12 buyers and 2 contract and supplier managers. We are responsible for procurement policy, CLM policy and frameworks, category strategies, and contributing to sustainability goals.

Role

In this role, you will manage strategic IT suppliers and their associated complex contracts. You will create demonstrable control over contractual obligations, supplier performance, costs, risks, compliance, continuity, changes, and renewals. You will contribute to the further professionalization of contract and supplier management. You will ensure the correct execution of Third Party Risk Management and guarantee that the contracts/suppliers are and remain compliant, so the organization demonstrably meets its obligations from all laws and regulations (e.g., DORA, NIS2/Cbw, AI Act).

The role is further focused on improving the quality and predictability of IT service delivery, realizing commercial value, and timely preparation of decision-making. The interests of IT, business, Procurement, Finance, and control functions are connected, and suppliers are held accountable for agreements made.
