We are looking for the IT Department:

Senior IT PMO - Program Management Officer IT (M/F)

M&A Program

Context of the service:

The IT department is managing a set of CARVE-IN and CARVE-OUT operations and is looking for a senior PMO for the Merge & Acquisition program.

Description of the service

o Ensure monitoring and maintenance of all program and project meetings and ensure the delivery and consolidation of reports

o Provide organizational and logistical support

o Ensure budget monitoring by ensuring the consolidation of information, its continuous updating, and the escalation of appropriate alerts in case of risks, overruns, or inconsistencies.

o In particular, monitor budget aspects related to suppliers within the framework of projects/programs in collaboration with the Project Managers and the IT Program Director.

o Manage budget contingencies.

o Ensure IT reporting for the Program in partnership with the IT Program Director, adhering to IT rituals and producing regular reports using IT formats and tools in conjunction with cross-functional IT teams

o Be able to directly manage initiatives and act as a backup for the Program Director

• Industry experience
• Operational project management experience would be appreciated, but profiles primarily as Project Manager or Program Manager are not compatible with this mission, which requires skills with a clear PMO positioning.
• Proven skills in writing, presentation, organization & project/program governance, synthesis, budget monitoring and analysis, risk monitoring and analysis, and planning of simple and complex projects
• Knowledge of management tools such as Planisware, Jira, Teams, Sharepoint, Excel...
• Fluent English
