Project overview

The assignment focuses on further development and management of the iCOV reporting environment at the Public Prosecution Service.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Further development of ICOV reports and optimization of the performance of the underlying infrastructure
• Performing management tasks in all development streams of environments that implement the iCOV functionality
• Managing on-premise Exadata Oracle 18c/19c databases and Windows application servers with Jasper Reports, Oracle WebLogic, and Oracle Spatial Map Visualization Component
• Working with custom reporting tools based on the Oracle Data Cartridge framework (SQL/PL-SQL)
• Advising and executing in the field of Oracle database management, various Oracle features, and Oracle standards
• Thinking and working level at HBO/WO level
• At least 5 years of experience with the SQL/PL-SQL framework
• At least 10 years of demonstrable experience in a similar role within large and complex (Central Government) projects and programs
• Relevant certifications in the field of Oracle
• Not a freelancer
• Experience with similar assignments at one or more organizations within the Central Government (preferred)
• Experience as a technical expert and sparring partner for SQL solutions (preferred)
• Experience as project manager for Oracle issues (preferred)
• Experience with database development in Oracle (preferred)
