Senior Project Manager – CRM Integration (API / Middleware)

Project overview

For one of our clients, an international pharmaceutical laboratory, we are looking for a Senior Project Manager as part of a CRM transformation program.

Reporting to the IT program director, you will be responsible for integrating the CRM with other company systems. The CRM exchanges data with numerous applications, and the challenge is to rationalize these interfaces to build an integration architecture capable of evolving with the program.

Your missions:

Map existing interfaces and propose their rationalization.

Define the integration architecture and the project plan.

Lead the team responsible for developing the interfaces, from design to deployment.

Facilitate workshops with business and IT teams.

Manage risks, milestones, and reporting to stakeholders.

Practical information:

Contract: Permanent, Freelance, or employment via a payroll provider.

Start date: As soon as possible, for 3 renewable months, on a long-term mission.

Suresnes, with partial remote work.

Languages: Fluent French and English.

Profile sought

You are a very senior project manager, with approximately 15 years of experience.

You have already led integration projects between a CRM and other systems, via API or through middleware or an iPaaS platform.

You know how to build a project plan, lead a development team, and manage milestones, risks, and budget.

You are comfortable facilitating design workshops with business and IT.

Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is a plus, as is a Prince2 or PMI certification.

You are structured, pragmatic, and know how to engage stakeholders.

You speak fluent English.
