Seeking a Senior Scrum Master to support multiple DevOps teams in applying Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. The role involves coaching teams, removing impediments, and fostering continuous improvement.
Project overview
As Scrum Master, you will support multiple DevOps teams within GKT Webdevelopment in applying Agile, Scrum, and SAFe.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Guiding Scrum events and other team meetings
- Coaching team members in Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices
- Identifying and helping to remove impediments
- Promoting an open feedback culture and continuous improvement
- Strengthening mutual collaboration and that with stakeholders
- Supporting the team in growing towards more maturity and self-organization
- Contributing to the further development of Agile working within the department
- HBO work and thinking level, demonstrable
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- 5-7 years of demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master within Agile/Scrum environments, preferably within complex IT or DevOps organizations
- Experience with coaching multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders (3+ years)
- Experience with guiding Scrum events, resolving impediments, and supporting team development and changes (3+ years)
- Willingness to work 2 to 3 days a week at the office
