Senior Techno-Functional QA Engineer

Project overview

You will join a dynamic team dedicated to trading systems within a demanding and innovative environment. Your mission will be to ensure software quality on critical platforms, by conducting advanced functional and technical tests and contributing to the continuous improvement of QA practices.

Main missions:

• Define test objectives, scope, and acceptance criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Implement and monitor test coverage based on risk analysis.
• Design, execute, and automate functional and technical tests (standalone, backend, API).
• Validate the functional behavior of applications through manual and automated tests.
• Lead and coordinate testing activities throughout the development cycle.

• Collaborate closely with development teams, analysts, and project managers.
• Mentor and support more junior profiles in QA skill development.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
• Technical stack: Python, Linux, Git, Jenkins pipelines, BDD, Xray/Jira, GUI testing tools, databases.
• Valued skills: Selenium or Playwright, Kafka, financial markets experience, AI for automation.
• Position based in Courbevoie (92).
• Partial remote work possible depending on team organization.
