The Justitiële ICT Organisatie

As a Service Manager, you are responsible for agreeing on the service to be delivered to the client. You are also responsible for ensuring this and the tactical management of it. You do not do this alone, but together with the management and/or project organization. On a tactical level, you are the first point of contact for the client, you fulfill the bridging function between business and ICT. Within JIO, you are the connecting link between the management organization, projects, account management, the client team, and the management team.

Depending on the service you are responsible for, you will also be involved in the tactical management of external suppliers.

• a major ICT supplier within the Government
• is looking for a Service Manager. To expand the team, we want to get to know candidates better and formalize them upon mutual match.
• Experience with ROK, NOK, DFA, SLA, PDC
• HBO work and thinking level
• Minimum 5 years of work experience with ICT service delivery to clients or customers.
• ITIL (requirement), Agile, Scrum, DevOps and SIAM
• Experience as a service manager in a government environment or 'corporate' ICT environment is desired
