Assignment Description

We are looking for an IT Service Manager within technology and shipping operations for an assignment within the public sector. The role involves responsibility for tactical planning, operational management, and coordination of development, innovation, and management of IT and OT services related to shipping operations. The area includes, among other things, maintenance systems, security management systems, satellite communication, control systems, and integrations.

You will serve as the primary IT contact for the business and collaborate closely with the business, the IT department, and specialists in areas such as requirements, testing, and architecture. The assignment also includes driving IT development, supporting agile ways of working, ensuring structured, quality-assured, and business-oriented management, and contributing expertise to other service managers and leadership roles.

Requirements

• You must have at least 6 years of experience in the last 10 years in a senior IT-related leadership role, for example, as a project manager, assignment manager, IT service manager, product owner, Scrum Master, or IT management manager. The experience must include tracking time, cost, and results, reporting to steering groups and managers, coordinating multiple development activities, and managing at least 8 people.
• You must have at least 2 years of experience in the last 10 years in an IT-related leadership role connected to OT systems and business-critical technical infrastructure.
• You must have good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• You should have at least 2 years of experience in the last 7 years in project managing procurements within public operations.
• You should have at least 2 years of experience in the last 7 years in leading external suppliers in the implementation or lifecycle management of IT systems.
• You should have at least 2 years of experience in the last 7 years in an IT-related leadership role within agile teams and system development, for example, as a Scrum Master, product owner, or requirements analyst.
