ServiceNow Programmer

Project overview

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our TITANS freelancers team for an interesting long-term international REMOTE project in the healthcare sector.

Project requirements

• collaboration on the modification and development of various ServiceNow platform functionalities, primarily:
• IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Customer Service Management (CSM)
• Field Service Management (FSM)
• Custom applications, FlowDesigner, and IntegrationHub
• Service Portal and UI Builder
• various other custom applications
• participation in scripting and automation of Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, UI Policies, and related components
• implementation of clean and maintainable JavaScript/TypeScript code in accordance with SOLID principles
• creation and maintenance of integrations with external systems (e.g., Azure API Management, SnapLogic, SAP, Azure Blob Storage)
• participation in the implementation of:
• REST/SOAP API and authentication patterns
• data imports, mappings, and normalization
• robust integrations including logging and error handling
• collaboration takes place in a 100% REMOTE mode
• minimum 3 years of project experience with the ServiceNow platform
• experience with:
• programming in JavaScript/TypeScript and adhering to SOLID principles
• implementing REST/SOAP API and authentication patterns
• data import, mapping, and normalization
• designing robust integrations including logging and error handling
• incident resolution
• knowledge of:
• scripting and automation (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, Scheduled Jobs, UI Policies)
• various ServiceNow applications (Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, Service Portal, UI Builder...)
• fluent knowledge of the English language (written and spoken)
• independence
• analytical thinking
