SI / Data Program Director – Risks & Finance – Bank

Project overview

As part of a strategic SI transformation program within a large banking group, we are looking for an experienced SI / Data Program Director with solid expertise in the areas of Risk, Finance, and regulatory data.

The mission consists of managing the redesign and modernization of a central platform for collecting, controlling, transforming, and providing regulatory and financial data.

The objective is to strengthen the robustness, performance, maintainability, and scalability of the system, while ensuring business continuity and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Main Missions

• Lead a strategic SI and Data transformation program in a complex banking environment.
• Define the roadmap, modernization trajectories, and the various stages of the program.
• Establish and manage program governance (Steering Committees, strategic committees, decision-making bodies).
• Coordinate the various stakeholders: business lines, Risk, Finance, IT, Data, architecture, and production.
• Ensure budget management, resource management, risk management, and dependency management.
• Prepare strategic decisions and support top management decisions.
• Oversee transformation, migration, and deployment work.
• Ensure the consistency of functional architecture choices and Data urbanization trajectories.
• Secure the program's delivery, commitments, and results.
• Produce regular executive reporting on progress, risks, and decisions to be made.
