A strategic program, visible at the highest level, aiming to make a historical and critical system more robust, scalable, and evolvable.

Candidate Profile
You have significant experience (15 years targeted) in directing complex programs in banking or finance, in contexts of IT, data, and regulatory transformation. You have a strong understanding of Risk/Finance and regulatory data issues, program governance, budget control, and risk management. A real sensitivity to functional architecture and data urbanization is essential. Leadership, political acumen, synthesis and arbitration skills, communication, and proactivity will make the difference. A Master's degree (Bac+5) is expected.

- Structure the program and define its roadmap and trajectory
- Implement governance and lead decision-making committees

- Produce clear executive reporting for top management
