Team Leader Communication (interim)

Project overview

As an interim team leader, you will manage the Communication team during a period of development and change.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Daily management and coordination of the team
• Ensuring the continuity and quality of service delivery
• Organizing a suitable division of work and making agreements about new tasks and projects
• Steering on prioritization, progress, and results
• Improving processes, working methods, and task allocation within the team
• Guiding and supporting employees in their personal development
• Investigating how future tasks and available capacity can be better aligned
• Participating in the communication on-call duty in evenings and weekends if necessary
• Experience as an interim team manager
• Extensive experience in guiding changes within teams
• Demonstrable background in communication
• Minimum of 2 years of work experience as a manager or supervisor within a municipal organization
• At least 1 year of work experience in the field of communication within the government
• Demonstrable work experience in the area of change and/or improvement projects
• A completed HBO bachelor's degree in communication, public administration and/or management (desirable)
