Project overview

Context

A large international industrial group is strengthening its HR project ownership to lead two parallel programs: HR digitalization in France with the tooling of a future Shared Services Center for Administration/Payroll, and the optimization of payroll tools in Europe and the USA. The consultant will be the operational right-hand of the program owner, within the HR Department.

• Structure the HR Portal and deploy Employee/Manager Self-Service journeys
• Lead the AMOA for tooling the future SSC: ticketing, workflows, document factory, electronic signature, DMS
• Translate target Administration/Payroll processes into functional requirements
• Build the diagnosis and decision-making grid for payroll by country (local tool, publisher, SaaS, outsourcing)
• Organize solution choices: RFP, demonstrations, scoring, recommendation
• Ensure PMO for both programs: roadmap, milestones, risks, decisions, budget, committees
• Support testing, cutover, change management, and hypercare
• Produce executive reporting for HR Department decisions
• HR Portal, Employee/Manager Self-Service, service desk/ticketing, workflows, document factory, electronic signature, DMS, Core HR, payroll solutions, WFM
• Fluent French
• Professional English
• Only profiles already based in the mission region, no mobile profiles
• On-site or remote: 2 days of remote work per week, 3 days on-site
• Start date: from 15/11/2026, as soon as possible
• Duration: 12 months full-time
