Social Media Specialist - Content Creation, Hootsuite, IG Reels

Project overview

Our health insurance, client is looking for a social media content creator to film and edit Instagram reels, YouTube shorts, etc. It will be 5-15 hours per week (15 hours max) and about half of your time will be spent onsite filming and the other 50% will be remote (editing, admin, etc.). This is a hybrid role in Washington state. Projects will require filming at their client's clinics (predominantly) in the greater Seattle area, however some travel to central and eastern Washington may be required (mileage, agreed upon travel expenses will be covered).

In this role, you will be responsible for: -Filming and editing vertical-first videos and photographs -Providing a ring light and a phone for capturing video content -Using tools and scheduling software (e.g., Hootsuite) to adhere to the organization standards for publishing content so that success metrics can be properly tracked.

-Working with and directing team members who aren't used to being on camera (making them comfortable, guiding them to get what you need, etc.) The ideal candidate will have: -3+ years of professional social media content creation experience working with a variety of brands / aesthetics -The ability to make timely content and keep up with social media content trends -Experience with filming and editing professional videos for social media on a mobile phone -Ability to create a comfortable environment for clinic staff -Bonus skills include: the ability to create static social media graphics/images (using a tool like Canva is fine) + the ability to write short-form social media copy within their brand voice *Candidates will need to provide their own phone, ring light, computer and editing tools for the work* In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data, including medical data.

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace. Benefits
