Project overview

As an Infra Specifications Writer, you will translate project principles and technical requirements into complete specification documents for (rail) infrastructure projects.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Compiling RAW specifications for infrastructure projects
• Translating design and project data into tender documents
• Updating and preparing specifications for tenders
• Coordinating with project managers, work planners, engineers, and other stakeholders
• Monitoring the quality, completeness, and legal accuracy of the specifications
• Supporting ongoing tender processes within the infra domain
• Proven work experience as a specifications writer in (rail) infrastructure
• Thorough knowledge of the RAW system and applicable laws and regulations, such as UAV 2012
• Knowledge of tender law
• Experience with compiling a shadow budget
• Familiarity with infrastructure projects within the public space
• Strong written skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
