Project overview
As an Infra Specifications Writer, you will translate project principles and technical requirements into complete specification documents for (rail) infrastructure projects.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Compiling RAW specifications for infrastructure projects
- Translating design and project data into tender documents
- Updating and preparing specifications for tenders
- Coordinating with project managers, work planners, engineers, and other stakeholders
- Monitoring the quality, completeness, and legal accuracy of the specifications
- Supporting ongoing tender processes within the infra domain
- Proven work experience as a specifications writer in (rail) infrastructure
- Thorough knowledge of the RAW system and applicable laws and regulations, such as UAV 2012
- Knowledge of tender law
- Experience with compiling a shadow budget
- Familiarity with infrastructure projects within the public space
- Strong written skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and on multiple projects simultaneously
