Assignment Description
The procurement covers supervision for social workers in the foster care group, ten sessions at three hours per session. The assignment is expected to run from 2027-01-01 to 2027-12-30.
Delivery Requirements
Supervision will be conducted at agreed-upon times in premises provided by Täby Municipality. The supervisor must come to Täby to carry out the assignment.
Expected Outcome
The supervisor is expected to contribute knowledge-enhancing and supportive input to the workgroup.
Project Organization
The workgroup consists of four foster care social workers and four child social workers, plus a group leader. The supervisor reports to the group leader.

The supervisor will be verbally informed of confidential information.

- Competence to supervise workgroups within social services in work processes and group processes
- Documented psychotherapeutic supervisor training
- 3 years of documented experience as a supervisor
- University education: psychologist, social worker, or doctor, plus further training for psychotherapists, 3-year family therapy training
- Must have either CBT competence, psychodynamic competence, or systemic competence
- Must have Step 1 and/or Step 2 for psychotherapists depending on the assignment
- Reference assignments: Experience must be proven through 2 reference assignments with, for example, the following content:
- Availability: Propose dates for supervision sessions
- Fixed price: A fixed price must be quoted per supervision session of 3 hours, including any travel costs
