Supervision for Reception Group and Two Investigation Groups - Täby Municipality

Project overview

Assignment Description

The procurement includes supervision for social workers in the reception group every fourth week, two hours per session, and for social workers in two investigation groups every third week, 2.5 hours per group. The assignment is expected to run from 2027-01-01 to 2027-12-31.

Delivery Requirements

Supervision is conducted at agreed-upon times in premises provided by Täby Municipality or, by agreement, in premises provided by the supervisor.

Expected Outcome

The supervisor is expected to contribute knowledge-enhancing and supportive input to the work groups. Supervision is performed in Täby or, by agreement, at another location.

Project Organization

The supervisor reports to the group leader for each respective group.

No documentation of the assignment is required.

If a consultant believes that any task(s) in the tender are covered by confidentiality, this must be stated with a detailed justification in the tender. Otherwise, it is assumed that there is no reason for confidentiality.

Information considered confidential may preferably be provided in separate attachments.

Handling of Personal Data

The supervisor will be informed orally about confidential information.

Invoicing Plan for Fixed Price

Invoicing plan: date, number of hours for completed supervision, and to which group the supervision was provided must be specified on the invoice.

• Competence to supervise work groups within social services in work processes and group processes
• Documented psychotherapeutic supervisor training
• 3 years of documented experience as a supervisor
• Higher education: psychologist, social worker, or doctor, plus further training for psychotherapists or a 3-year family therapy training
• Must have either CBT competence, psychodynamic competence, or systemic competence
• Previous experience from Täby Municipality is meritorious.
