Who you are

As our new system administrator, you will be the savior for the most diverse IT puzzles. To dive right into this, we would like to see the following in your digital toolbox:
- You have at least an MBO 4 Diploma in ICT;
- You master the Dutch language in word and writing;
- You are willing to work in Dokkum;
- You possess a B driver's license;
Responsibilities
In this role, you will ensure that the complete ICT infrastructure of various clients runs smoothly, securely, and stably. No day is the same: one moment you help an end-user with a complex software issue, and the next you are setting up new workstations or network equipment.
Where you will work
You will join a reliable and progressive IT service provider located in Dokkum. The organization supports regional small and medium-sized businesses with complete outsourcing for modern cloud workplaces, network infrastructure, telecommunications, and IT security.
- Analyze, register, and effectively resolve first and second-line incidents;
- Manage and configure systems, user accounts, and permissions (including Microsoft 365, cloud environments, and servers);
- Install, deploy, and maintain hardware, networks (routers, switches, firewalls), and peripherals;
- Identify recurring bottlenecks and contribute to smart improvements in management and security;
- Maintain contact with clients and colleagues to quickly and clearly coordinate disruptions.
