Project overview
The assignment focuses on ensuring continuity and further professionalizing the HR function.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Ensuring the continuity and quality of HR services for a team of approximately 20 employees
- Guiding ongoing tenders and implementations, such as a new partner for flexible workers and a new personnel and payroll system
- Advising on sharpening the HR vision and the positioning of HR
- Developing a future-oriented HR service delivery model
- 5 years or more of management experience in an HR role within a government organization
- Bachelor's degree, as a minimum level, in HRM, business administration, or something similar
- Available from November 18 for 28 to 32 hours per week
- Experience with tendering and/or implementation of HR/personnel systems within a municipality is a plus
- Experience as a team manager HR within a municipality managing at least 15 employees is a plus
- Training in change management is a plus
- Experience with strategic HR development and organizational change is a plus
