Project overview

The assignment involves temporarily leading and further developing the I&A team within the municipality of Schagen.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Analyzing the current setup of the I&A team and establishing a vision for a future-proof team structure
• Temporarily managing a diverse team of 28 professionals and improving processes and collaboration
• Preparing the team for future developments
• Guiding content with attention to employees
• Advising, solicited and unsolicited, on the deployment of ICT and information management within the organization
• Identifying areas for improvement and translating these into concrete actions and change plans
• Managing personnel and ICT material budgets, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
• HBO(+) work and thinking level
• Administrative and organizational sensitivity and strong communication skills
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing teams, preferably within a municipal or public organization
• Coaching leadership style focused on trust and ownership
• Experience with change processes and strategic implementation
• Knowledge of ICT processes
• Results-oriented, decisive, and able to set clear priorities
• Talent for creating connections between teams
