The assignment involves temporarily leading and further developing the I&A team within the municipality of Schagen.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Analyzing the current setup of the I&A team and establishing a vision for a future-proof team structure
- Temporarily managing a diverse team of 28 professionals and improving processes and collaboration
- Preparing the team for future developments
- Guiding content with attention to employees
- Advising, solicited and unsolicited, on the deployment of ICT and information management within the organization
- Identifying areas for improvement and translating these into concrete actions and change plans
- Managing personnel and ICT material budgets, including planning, monitoring, and reporting
- HBO(+) work and thinking level
- Administrative and organizational sensitivity and strong communication skills
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing teams, preferably within a municipal or public organization
- Coaching leadership style focused on trust and ownership
- Experience with change processes and strategic implementation
- Knowledge of ICT processes
- Results-oriented, decisive, and able to set clear priorities
- Talent for creating connections between teams
