Objective:

We are looking for a senior manager (preferably familiar with operational management) who can quickly mobilize people and a team. They should also be able to drive larger changes. Therefore, skills in stakeholder management within a larger organization and translating this to the teams are important. We are indeed undergoing several tactical/strategic changes (including developing and implementing AI in the district nursing process, reducing non-contracted district nursing, redesigning processes, and ensuring that highly educated employees are utilized for their strengths in terms of care content).

• The application is suitable for freelancers (ZZP).
• In addition to operational management, the manager will also assist with team restructuring and strategic projects.
• An experienced team leader is preferred, capable of working operationally, strategically, and tactically.
• Will lead two teams of ten people each.
• Minimum of 32 hours available.
• Hybrid role; most meetings are on Tuesdays at the office.
• Leadership
• Knowledge of line HR tasks (e.g., absence management, development interviews)
• Knowledge of health insurance is a plus
• Experienced manager in an operational (customer) environment
• Experience in realizing major improvement projects
