As team leader VI Platform O&B, you will steer team performance and guide employees during changes.

• Coaching and inspiring team members through servant leadership
• Steering towards results that align with DICTU's objectives
• Ensuring continuity and contributing to the development of the department
• Translating decisions made into concrete actions for the team
• Guiding employees through changes in function, tasks, or team composition
• Monitoring progress and supporting the transition to new situations
• Advising on the impact of planned choices on the team
• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or business administration
• Demonstrable experience in guiding teams through complex changes with conflicting interests
• Proven experience as a line manager of ICT teams
• Strongly developed collaboration and leadership skills
• Change-oriented and customer-oriented attitude
