- Coaching and inspiring team members through servant leadership
- Steering towards results that align with DICTU's objectives
- Ensuring continuity and contributing to the development of the department
- Translating decisions made into concrete actions for the team
- Guiding employees through changes in function, tasks, or team composition
- Monitoring progress and supporting the transition to new situations
- Advising on the impact of planned choices on the team
- Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science or business administration
- Demonstrable experience in guiding teams through complex changes with conflicting interests
- Proven experience as a line manager of ICT teams
- Strongly developed collaboration and leadership skills
- Change-oriented and customer-oriented attitude
