Context of the mission

Within a large group, you will act as a Tech Lead within a team specializing in Data projects.

You will be responsible for the design of application evolutions, the quality of developments, and the technical support of the team.

• Design application evolutions
• Support and upskill junior developers
• Ensure the quality of developments and deliveries, in compliance with DevOps processes and good documentation practices
• Participate in the development of necessary treatments for projects and for corrective and evolutionary maintenance operations
• Ensure the consistency of application evolutions and corrections with other Tech Leads
• Respect the patterns and architecture standards defined by the architects
• Minimum 5 years of experience
• Solid experience in development and in a Data environment
• Proficiency in Python and Java
• Knowledge of Cloud and event-driven architectures
• Experience in a technical referent or Tech Lead role
• Experience on complex Data projects
• Knowledge of Datastage and Datastage Server ETL tools
• Proficiency in modeling
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge of Jira
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams
