Tech Lead ESG Platform Implementation

Project overview

Within the ESG product team and under the responsibility of the product manager, you will lead the technical implementation of a new platform, from data migration to global deployment. Working closely with the operational product manager, internal teams, the publisher, and the integrator, you will ensure the consistency of the solution with business needs and technical constraints.

You will define and monitor the migration strategy, oversee data recovery, and validate their quality through dry runs. You will establish the testing strategy, coordinate validation campaigns, including user acceptance testing, and ensure the monitoring of anomalies and go-live criteria. You will also prepare a pilot for an initial scope of hotels, organize support and escalation, and support the upskilling of teams. Finally, you will monitor risks, dependencies, and milestones, and report on the technical readiness of the program.

Profile

5 to 10 years of experience in technical leadership or application implementation, particularly on platform transformation or replacement projects.

Proven experience in data migration and in coordinating publishers or integrators; experience with SaaS solutions is desired.

Proficiency in technical project management, testing strategies, software quality, and risk management.

Knowledge of SaaS architectures and integration interfaces; knowledge of ESG data is appreciated.

Fluent English, leadership, organization, analysis, and communication skills; ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams without direct hierarchical authority.
