Our client — a leading banking player — is looking for an experienced Front End Tech Lead (6 to 9 years of experience), for a Fullstack Web development project.

Your missions:

Organization and planning of the front-end team (priorities, schedules)

Management of Front End, Back End, and Mobile developers

Close collaboration with developers, web designers, and product managers

Responsive design and support on initial mobile techniques

Integration of unit tests and monitoring of code coverage

Optimization of application performance, security, and availability

Coaching and support of the technical team

Study, costing, and budgeting of developments

Handling the most complex development phases

Scrum methodology leadership

Profile sought:

Experienced Front End Tech Lead, you master Vue JS as well as Java / Kotlin / Springboot environments. You know how to manage a multidisciplinary technical team (front, back, mobile) while remaining operational on complex developments. Your technical leader posture, your rigor on code quality, and your ease in a Scrum environment allow you to support the team's skill development while guaranteeing the performance and security of the delivered solutions.
