Project overview
Summary: The primary role of the Tech Lead Workday HR is to oversee the platform strategy, integrations, delivery, and reliability of Workday modules. This position establishes a link between technical governance and HR, business, and outsourced development teams.

- Manage the Workday platform strategy across five key modules: HCM, Compensation, Absence, Recruitment, and Time Tracking.
- Design and implement integration architecture.
- Ensure operational excellence and update management.
- Resolve incidents and manage documentation.
- Oversee security, governance, and technical supervision of the outsourced team.
- Significant experience in Workday integration.
- Expertise in production and update management.
- Strong communication skills, fluent in English.
- Certification or experience in payroll, finance, identity, ITIL, Agile, or DevOps.
