Technical Advisor (secondment)

Project overview

The assignment focuses on independently executing a portfolio of DGAM implementations within Rijkswaterstaat.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Managing the collaboration between regions, PPO, and contractors during the 4-Phase Plan.
• Developing an actionable plan of approach per asset, including scope, phasing, planning, and decision points.
• Providing knowledge and experience in asset management and maintenance engineering.
• Documenting stakeholder information needs based on Deep Dive and Failure Detection analyses.
• Guiding the development of DGAM dashboards based on the documented information needs.
• Reporting progress, risks, bottlenecks, and results, including handover and lessons learned.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or business administration field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in senior project or program management.
• At least 10 years of work experience in asset management and/or maintenance engineering.
• 10 years of experience with IT systems and databases such as Power BI, SAS Viya, Maximo, Ultimo, and SAP PM.
• Skill in managing and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.
