We are looking for a Technical-Functional Project Manager / Business Analyst Power Platform to support a team dedicated to accelerating the digital transformation of business units.

We are looking for an experienced profile, both technical-functional and management-oriented, capable of bridging the gap between business units and technical teams. The consultant must be autonomous, structured, comfortable with leading meetings, scoping requirements, tracking activities, and supporting Power Platform developments. Excellent communication, strong writing skills, and a strong service culture are expected. Occasional travel to Lyon is expected for PI Planning sessions.

• Manage the team's project and MCO (Maintenance in Operational Condition) activities on a daily basis.
• Organize workload distribution, track schedules, risks, alerts, and action plans.
• Lead the team and contribute to technical sharing sessions.
• Prepare and present topics in committees and reviews.
• Prepare PI Planning and participate in organizing work in Agile/Scrum mode.
• Gather and scope business requirements.
• Develop scoping documents integrating technical, data, and cybersecurity dimensions.
• Assess the complexity of requests and estimate development effort.
• Design and get mockups approved using Figma.
• Support developers and Citizen Developers in their work.
• Perform code reviews, tests, and technical acceptance.
• Monitor corrective MCO and organize phased evolutions.
• Participate in steering committees and produce associated minutes.
• Ensure the quality and production of technical and functional documentation.
• Very good command of Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Query.
• Good command of Dataverse, SharePoint, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Expertise in SharePoint.
• Expertise in Figma and mockup/interface design.
• Good command of Copilot Studio.
• Solid experience in activity management, project management, and functional scoping.
• Ability to work with development teams and Citizen Developers.
• Mastery of Power Platform deployment principles via Solutions and Pipelines.
• Knowledge of Responsive Design, technical documentation, and quality of execution challenges.
• Good command of Agile / Scrum methods, ideally in environments structured around PI Planning.
• Knowledge of ITIL best practices is a plus.
