Technical Project Manager

Project overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Project Manager with proven expertise in managing software projects, especially in the field of software security related to DevSecOps. The ideal candidate must demonstrate a thorough understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, and possess hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence. A successful candidate will excel in stakeholder management, risk, and compliance management, and have substantial experience collaborating with software development teams.

Project start date: ASAP

Budget: 150-170 zł/h

Project Length: permanent position

Work model: hybrid (8 times per month work from office Cracow)

Responsibilities

• Practice Agile methodology, including Scrum & Kanban
• Utilize Jira and Confluence effectively
• Manage stakeholder relationships
• Oversee risk and compliance management
• Collaborate with software development teams
• Plan and oversee software delivery processes
• Demonstrate a willingness to learn new skills
• Work independently and manage self-driven tasks
