Test Execution / Validation Engineer (Manual Testing, HW/Driver/BIOS)

Project overview

Contract role in Gdansk for a junior-to-mid test/validation engineer focused on executing and monitoring manual tests on Intel and competitor products, validating and reporting results, and maintaining a production test environment. The work includes tracking test data, investigating and fixing test-environment issues, supporting debug by reproducing driver/test problems, handling BIOS updates, running regression tests, and maintaining strong project documentation (guides, designs, deployments, manuals). Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Git, and Intel internal tools (HSD, GTA) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• o Monitoring tests health, identifying false positive cases
• o Executing manual tests on Intel & competition products
• o Deployment results to share or database
• o Tracking and analyzing data collected by the tests
• o Replicate driver and test issues and provide basic correlation info
• o Provide support of debug environments and tools (configure systems, prepare disk images etc.)
