Contract Transformation Business Analyst needed in Barcelona (hybrid 1–2 days onsite) to support digital, data and AI transformation initiatives. The role will gather and document requirements, analyze current processes and systems, design improvements with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders (business, IT, vendors), support change management and UAT/validation, and define/track KPIs with reporting to leadership in an English-speaking environment.
Requirements
- Business analysis for digital, data or AI transformation initiatives
- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- Process analysis (as-is/to-be) and identifying inefficiencies
- Stakeholder management across business units, IT teams and external vendors
- Change management support
- UAT support, test planning/coordination and validation
- KPI definition, performance monitoring and reporting/presentations to leadership
- Process modeling (working knowledge)
- Requirements management tools (working knowledge)
- Project management methodologies (working knowledge)
- English working proficiency
