The context

A major food distribution group is looking for a Test Lead to manage its automated testing activities within its recipe department.

Deliverables

Your role

• A dashboard for monitoring automation activities.
• A technical and economic feasibility study.
• Operational automated test scripts.
• Develop, with the project manager and the application manager, the overall testing strategy and the steps for implementing the solution.
• Identify and propose test typologies and tools, then define test campaigns.
• Lead workshops around testing activities with business stakeholders, the integrator, the publisher, application managers, and project managers.
• Plan test tasks, taking into account resources and environments, and monitor their availability.
• Coordinate test teams in compliance with commitments (costs, deadlines, quality) and monitor test progress with stakeholders.
• Propose and implement preventive or corrective quality actions, organize test reviews, and verify the achievement of objectives.
• Establish quality indicators and ensure regular reporting of progress.
• Write the test summary, capitalization/feedback documents, and the report.
• Participate in project committees and delivery instances, and ensure operational communication between project managers, application managers, business stakeholders, test teams, and integrators.
