The role will gather and document requirements, analyze current processes and systems, design improvements with cross-functional teams, manage stakeholders (business, IT, vendors), support change management and UAT/validation, and define/track KPIs with reporting to leadership in an English-speaking environment.
Requirements
- Business analysis for digital, data or AI transformation initiatives
- Requirements elicitation and documentation
- Process analysis (as-is/to-be) and identifying inefficiencies
- Stakeholder management across business units, IT teams and external vendors
- Change management support
- UAT support, test planning/coordination and validation
- KPI definition, performance monitoring and reporting/presentations to leadership
- Process modeling (working knowledge)
- Requirements management tools (working knowledge)
- Project management methodologies (working knowledge)
- English working proficiency
