Transition Manager - Electricity Buyer

Project overview

In this role, you will lead the purchasing for several operational entities of an electrical engineering player:

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Develop and implement action plans in the purchasing domain with operational teams
• Manage supplier consultations and negotiate purchasing conditions for supplies and services
• Develop and monitor the supplier panel, manage commercial agreements, and participate in dispute resolution
• Identify cost reduction levers and optimize purchasing performance
• Prospect for new partners and monitor market developments
• Build reports, track key indicators, and propose corrective measures
• Coordinate exchanges with operational teams to support projects
• Disseminate best practices and support the use of purchasing processes and tools
• Higher education degree (Bac+5 level)
• Minimum five years of experience in operational purchasing, ideally in a technical, industrial, or energy context
• Good command of electrical engineering as well as negotiation, sourcing, and purchasing optimization techniques
• Proficiency with IT tools and performance indicator management
• Sense of rigor, autonomy, and organizational skills
• Ability to bring together diverse stakeholders
• Analytical mindset and results-oriented
