Transition Manager - Logistics / Supply Chain Manager

Project overview

Transition management mission to lead the Supply Chain and Logistics function for an industrial production site.

Profile of the suited interim professional:

• Lead planning and scheduling of activities (MPS)
• Ensure synchronization between production, procurement, and customer demand
• Oversee inbound, internal, and outbound flows
• Manage procurement and optimize stock levels
• Lead and unite logistics and Supply Chain teams
• Guarantee customer deadlines and anticipate industrial risks
• Monitor performance indicators and deploy improvement plans
• Proven experience in Supply Chain management in an industrial environment
• Experience in mass production, ideally in the automotive sector or with a supplier
• Strong skills in MPS, scheduling, procurement, and inventory management
• Proven experience in team management
• Good knowledge of SAP as well as continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing tools
• Professional English
• Transition management experience is a plus
