Project overview
Transition management mission to lead the Supply Chain and Logistics function for an industrial production site.
Profile of the suited interim professional:
- Lead planning and scheduling of activities (MPS)
- Ensure synchronization between production, procurement, and customer demand
- Oversee inbound, internal, and outbound flows
- Manage procurement and optimize stock levels
- Lead and unite logistics and Supply Chain teams
- Guarantee customer deadlines and anticipate industrial risks
- Monitor performance indicators and deploy improvement plans
- Proven experience in Supply Chain management in an industrial environment
- Experience in mass production, ideally in the automotive sector or with a supplier
- Strong skills in MPS, scheduling, procurement, and inventory management
- Proven experience in team management
- Good knowledge of SAP as well as continuous improvement / Lean Manufacturing tools
- Professional English
- Transition management experience is a plus
